Concept and definition

Chatbot

What is Chatbot?

A chatbot is a computer programme designed to interact with users through natural language conversations. Chatbots are commonly used in customer service, marketing and other applications where it is necessary to provide information or assistance to users quickly and efficiently.

Chatbots rely on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to process natural language and provide relevant answers to users' questions. They can be designed to answer specific questions, perform simple tasks, provide recommendations or even hold informal conversations with users.

Chatbots can be deployed on a wide variety of platforms, including websites, mobile applications, instant messaging and social networks. They can also be programmed to learn and improve over time, through feedback and interaction with users.
